Choreography & Performance: GUTS (Liv Edginton, Ingvild Marstein Olsen, Hannah Parsons)

An exciting new dance performance designed for children and youth that explores the transformative and sometimes confusing experiences of hormones, puberty and gender through the lens of mythological humanoid creatures and hybrid beings. The performance will blend fantasy and reality, encouraging young audiences to reflect on the changes they experience during this pivotal stage of life.

BIG FOOT will premiere autumn 2026 at Kloden Teater and is created by GUTS, a dance company with artists Liv Edginton, Ingvild Marstein Olsen and Hannah Parsons. In 2025 GUTS began the research period at Kloden Teater. BIG FOOT will be a part of a trilogy (2026 - 2029) of interconnected performances exploring transformation, embodiment, and myth through the lens of hybrid beings and hormonal shifts across life stages. Each work is tailored to a different audience and performance context, creating a broad public engagement arc.
