Loosely based on Tender Buttons by Gertrude Stein, PUSH reflects the collages of our lives: we are here, thrown next to one another, and supposedly — somehow — we must make sense of it.
In French, English, and Norwegian, PUSH plays with the hidden music within language and the buried dance within the body — like a painting that moves, a story seen through a kaleidoscope. Through this fragmented language, it perhaps lets us glimpse a line of escape toward the sensitive and the felt.
